Delana and Dustin's Rustic Wedding Day
Delana and Dustin were one of the most fun couples I have had the honor of working with! Their wedding was so much fun! Their wedding took place at Oak Hollow Wedding Venue and was a beautiful and intimate affair. Delana’s beautiful dress was from Charlotte Bridal, and she looked gorgeous! My favorite little touch was the convers that she and Dustin wore, in place of traditional dress shoes!

My Wedding Day
After many years of photographing weddings professionally, I finally got to have my own wedding! Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but with all the added crazy that’s been happening this year, wedding planning was beyond stressful. There were many days where I contemplated postponing the wedding, due to the current events in our country, but after a lot of discussions, and stress, and insanity, we decided to move forward with our wedding, as safely as possible.
Our guest list got cut significantly, and our reception may not have looked quite like I’d imagined, but we were still able to have a beautiful wedding day! We did our best to follow social distancing guidelines when seating our guests, and they were able to wear a face covering during the wedding. We decided that despite how bad this year may have been, our friends and family deserved to have something fun and happy to look forward to and attend.

So many high school seniors have missed out on the end of their senior year due to COVID-19. From missing their senior prom, final shows and performances, and for some, their high school graduation. So together with Commerce Connections in FishHawk, we gave one luck senior a free senior photo session, and Skyler was the lucky senior who won our give away!

COVID-19 Can't Stop This Wedding!
It’s a strange time we are in right now, with the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing, and self quarantining. But, among all this crazy, Ashley and Dustyn were determined to have their wedding! We all did our best to follow the CDC guidelines, not getting too close together, washing our hands when we could, and sanitizing our gear. This may not have been the wedding of their dreams, but it was still so special that they could still have a wedding and be with the friends and family that were able to come.

I'M GETTING MARRIED!!
It’s safe to say that I’ve been to my fair share of weddings as a photographer. I’ve been in the industry for almost 10 years, and have quite a bit of experience working weddings. But now, it’s my turn to be the bride!! My now fiance proposed to me last November at the most magical place on Earth! That’s right, he proposed in Disney World!
Now, I have to admit, it is a strange feeling, being the bride and planning my own wedding, when I’m usually at a wedding to work. As a photographer, I’m not a fan of being the on the other side of the camera and having my picture taken. But a few weeks ago, we had our engagement session, and I am so excited about these photos!

Bok Tower Engagement
Lorraine and Daniel love to spend time together at Bok Tower. And who doesn’t? The gardens are beautiful, and the clock tower is stunning. We were lucky to have some beautiful weather, and a gorgeous sunset for this lovely couple!
